After 20 years in the Architectural Design business we are closing our doors. We will continue to support our clients on existing projects with ‘after hours’ work but we won’t be accepting any new projects. We would like to say a huge thank you to all the fantastic clients that have supported us over the years, it’s been amazing to see the things we’ve achieved together.

At ArchiDesign we like to complete what we call a “Dreams vs. Budget Review” before getting into the design phase. This includes establishing the project brief, site research, budget analysis, and more based on the individual process. By doing this we reduce risk, eliminate assumptions and investigate options, which aims to save you time and money down the line!

At this stage we start to design concepts based on your ideas, the brief, budget and research from our Dreams vs. Budget Review. This stage is about getting ideas on paper and exploring options to begin discussions.

At this stage we have confirmed a concept to move forward with and are working through that design with you. We develop the design and get into the details taking onboard feedback along the way. By the end of this stage we should have a design ready for sign off to begin documentation.

At this stage we finalize all required documentation and confirming it all with you. We produce fully detailed plans, sections and elevations, construction details and project specifications and also engage third parties on your behalf where required.

We prepare and submit your application to local authority, obtaining resource consent where necessary and answer RFI’s as required. We can then issue approved plans to client and main contractor and can update documentation to include changes from building consent as required throughout the construction phase.
